Group therapy brings people together who are facing similar challenges, offering a space to share, listen, and support one another. Guided by the therapist, it helps you feel less alone, learn new perspectives, and grow alongside others on their healing journey.

Individual therapy gives you a quiet space to talk, reflect, and heal—with someone who truly listens. It’s your time to be heard, supported, and gently guided toward feeling better.

Couples counselling is a space for partners to reconnect, understand each other more deeply, and work through what’s getting in their way. With gentle guidance, you can learn to communicate with care, heal from hurts, and grow stronger—together.

Family counselling helps you reconnect, communicate better, and work through challenges together. It’s a safe space for everyone to feel heard, supported, and move forward as a stronger, more understanding family.

Trauma-informed therapy offers a gentle, supportive space to heal at your own pace. It honors your experiences, helps you feel safe, and gives you tools to rebuild trust in yourself and others—without pressure or judgment.

Virtual counselling, enables you access support from the comfort of your own space. It’s flexible, private, and just as personal—offering care and connection wherever you are.

Therapist | Mental Health, Trauma & Relationship Specialist

In our first session, we will take the time to explore what brought you to therapy, understanding your unique story and challenges. Together, we will decide on the most effective approach to help you make progress and achieve your goals.
For example, if Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the right fit for you, we will work on understanding how your thoughts influence your emotions and experiences. Through this process, you will learn to shift your perspective, allowing you to approach situations more positively and improve your emotional well-being.
Therapy is a partnership, and I am here to walk with you every step of the way, guiding you toward healing, resilience, and growth.
